About Hannah
I am an art photographer, actress, and trained Felt Sense Practitioner, with a BSc in Neuroscience and over 10 years of experience working with vulnerable emotional states, trauma, and creative expression. My photography is more than just an artistic practice — it’s a therapeutic medium that helps guide others through their emotions, unlocking deep, authentic connections with themselves and their craft. As an actress I have spent years understanding firsthand the power of accessing deep emotions in performance. In my work, I combine the science of the nervous system with embodied, creative expression, empowering individuals to explore and release the emotional blockages that hold them back. As a trained Felt Sense Practitioner, I help people access and process their emotions somatically, creating a safe, supportive space where they can reconnect with their inner truth and power. For the past 6 years, I’ve been leading classes and workshops that blend my expertise in neuroscience, the arts, and emotional healing. My methods are designed to help individuals embody their emotions, use their body as a tool for expression, and integrate deep emotional awareness into their creative processes. Whether it’s through the lens of a camera, the stage, or the creative process, my approach empowers individuals to create from a place of authenticity, safety, and emotional depth. I am passionate about supporting artists, actors, and creatives in their emotional journey, helping them to express their truest selves without fear, and to harness the full potential of their craft.

Are you an actor, musician, or artist who wants to feel more emotionally connected to your craft? Do you feel a little uninspired in your craft or feel stuck and cannot reach or access certain emotions? Accessing and, more importantly expressing, emotion is the foundation of art and performance but sometimes it can be hard to access certain parts of emotions. This is your body trying to protect you. It is NOT you being a bad artist, you are not failing at your art, your body is just trying to keep you safe. I use the neuroscience-based Felt Sense Polyvagal Model - a somatic therapy tool - to teach you how to actively and safely experience and connect with emotional states and states of the nervous system so you can to extract from it and to use it for art - making your art more meaningful and powerful and coming from a place, that is actually alive WITHIN you. One lesson is typically 1 hour long. I am an art photographer, using my photography as a therapeutic medium to guide others through their emotions, an actress and trained Felt Sense Practitioner with a degree in neuroscience (BSc.) with more than 10 years of experience in working with vulnerable emotional states, trauma and art. I have been giving classes and workshops about my work and with my methods for over 6 years. Whether you are a beginner and are still figuring out how to access emotion and connect them to your art or an experienced professional who feels a little stuck, or whether you just need some support on a specific piece - all levels as well as any kind of art and performances are welcome and can draw and benefit from this method.
