About Bosko
My history in sport stems from playing youth football at a very high level, working with experienced strength coaches and athletics coaches.
I developed an obsession with bettering my performance, and that has translated to helping others hit their targets, no matter what they may be.
Initially training a couple of my friends to get in shape for their summer holidays, I discovered how good it feels seeing people I’ve coached become more confident in their own skin, and I haven’t looked back since, helping more and more clients change their life.
