As a good student of physiology and the art of movement, I will always encourage through activity and physical exercise so that my students have the maximum motivational stimulus for training!

In addition to being trained as a physical trainer and having some experience in training as an athlete, I practice several sports and have spent more than ten years training all types of people. I know how to deal with all phases and personally plan each person's training, respecting anatomical differences, each person's physiology and the biomechanics of movements. Regarding fighting, in addition to strengthening the body, it is important to strengthen the mind. Combat sports teach you much more than just self-defense; they teach you a lot about respect and discipline!
