Hello! I'm Antonio, an established Civil Servant with over 5 years of experience working across Whitehall in policy development and public service. Throughout my career, I’ve gained a deep understanding of how government works, particularly in relation to policy-crafting, ministerial engagement and stakeholder management. I’ve had the privilege of collaborating with various departments, charities, and community organisations, always with a focus on delivering tangible, user-centred outcomes. My professional journey has given me a unique perspective on both the strategic and operational challenges the Civil Service faces. I've been involved in everything from drafting policy proposals to mentoring colleagues and guiding others through the recruitment process. Having worked with people from diverse backgrounds, I’m passionate about helping others navigate the complexities of the Civil Service application process.
