• When did you develop an interest in your chosen field and in private tutoring?

  I have always enjoyed helping others and I really like maths so this is what drove me to enter the field of private tutoring.

• Tell us more about the subject you teach, the topics you like to discuss with students (and possibly those you like a little less).

  I like to teach Maths because it was my favorite subject in school. I like to talk about tips and tricks to make maths more fun with my students.

• Did you have any role models; a teacher that inspired you?

  Elon Musk

• What do you think are the qualities required to be a good tutor?

  Need to be clever :). Understanding, patient and able to articulate you messages clearly to your students.

• Provide a valuable anecdote related to your subject or your days at school.

  I used to be bad at maths in primary school :). Thankfully I got better when I got older :D.

• What were the difficulties or challenges you faced or still facing in your subject?

  The new projects maths syllabus is slightly different to what I learnt in school so its new but an enjoyable challenge.

• Do you have a particular passion? Is it teaching in general or an element of the subject or something completely different?

  I like sports and studying engineering items.

• What makes you a Superprof (besides answering these interview questions :-P) ?

  I like to think I am a superprof because I really care about my students and I have such a joy for Maths that its actually fun for me teaching other people.
