We start with vocabulary and build from there. Learning new words and how to use them in situational settings is the key.
Typically I like lists and for my students to be able to submit typed or written words in context to images. I might use any social media the client/students already use. one on one phone conversations about typical things people might discuss in several roles, friend, student or foe. I will get your ears ready to handle the most harsh words imaginable.
