About Willow
Namaste! I hold a 200 Hour Yoga Alliance Teacher certification, and completed my yoga teacher training in the Himalayas in India 2 years ago. I have taught a range of students with differing abilities - including beginners, intermediates and advanced, however your previous experience or natural flexibility do not matter and classes can be catered to any and everyone. I have also taught private 1-1 lessons and group sessions, and can tailor classes to suit your personal needs - some students prefer a more 'workout' class whilst others prefer a calming, relaxing and mindful practice, all of which are available.

I begin every class with a brief meditation to cultivate a sense of calm, before moving into the warm up, sun salutations, then asana sequence, ending with a guided meditation and optional head/face massage to aid with deeper relaxation. I also offer a sound healing with singing bowl section at the end of the class to allow for deeper tranquillity and peace.
The asana (postures) part of the class is flexible and up to you - we can move dynamically through each pose to create fire, heat and have the class as more of a physical work out, or alternatively the class can be more slow, meditative and calming.
Yoga is an amazing holistic tool for personal well being. Yoga has been a powerful tool for myself for generating good physical health, helping with long term back and shoulder pains, and also helping to bring more peace and balance to my life by bringing a strong sense of peace and calm.

Can offer classes in my garden depending on the weather, if not can travel around Bristol to come to you. I like to offer classes for between 60-90 minutes.
