About Vincent
My name is Instructor Vincent Benitez. I am a 3rd generation Jeet Kune Do practitioner and certified instructor under Sifu Richard Torres (whose teacher is Ted Wong, a student and friend of none other than, Bruce Lee).
I started training in Jeet Kune Do (still training 'till this day) in 2007. Promoted to Instructor in 2014 and established my school, Fist Of Interception Institute, in 2016.
In 2020, I launched my Online Jeet Kune Do Training and have been teaching many individuals who are interested in learning the Way of the Intercepting Fist all over the world virtually.
