About Shanice
In my mindfulness meditation sessions, I offer a professional and supportive environment for your personal growth. I am a certified Dharma Moon 1000-Hour Mindfulness Meditation Teacher, with a Bachelor of Science in Human Behaviour and experience in neuroscience from McMaster University. My training and background blend scientific insight with traditional mindfulness practices, ensuring you receive guidance that is both credible and compassionate.

In these mindfulness meditation sessions, we will explore the art of noticing without judgment. Through guided practice, you’ll learn to observe your thoughts, emotions, and sensations without reacting or attaching meaning to them. This process will help you cultivate flow, mental strength, and equanimity. Our goal is to detach from habitual reactivity and allow yourself the space to simply be. By embracing the present moment with curiosity and compassion, you’ll develop a deeper sense of inner peace and self-awareness
