About Mehek

Hi, I'm Mehek! I'm a marketing professional, Imperial Business School alumna and coach who believes that personal growth begins with understanding yourself.

With five years of experience across advertising, brand strategy and digital marketing, I've worked in fast-paced, high-pressure environments where communication, resilience, confidence and clear thinking matter.

My journey through a demanding career and business school has taught me the importance of self-awareness, managing competing priorities, navigating uncertainty and finding your own direction.

Today, I bring that experience into personalised coaching sessions designed to help students and young professionals understand their strengths, overcome self-doubt, manage everyday stress and move forward with greater clarity.

My approach is warm, practical and non-judgemental. This isn't about having everything figured out. It's about creating the space to reflect, identify what's holding you back and build habits that help you move towards the life you want.
