I am a self-employed business owner with over 20 years experience. Qualified business coach with over five years experience. Delivering the New Enterprise Incentive Scheme for the past two years. Credentialed life coach. One of only eleven people in Australia qualified to coach and train the Business Builders Profiling tool.

About the lesson

The focus of business training and coaching is on the psychological and emotional challenges faced by business owners. Our programs are based on the foundation of focusing on strengths. Using the Clifton StrengthsFinder and BP10 profiling tools we identify a business' talents and assist in developing them into strengths. We specialise in writing business plans, marketing strategies, employee engagement, personal and professional development. There are additional tools used to maximise your learning and development potential. Most tools will cost up to around $30 each and there is only two or three required. This will be explained in the initial lesson and not compulsory, although as a business owner myself, believe they will improve your business immensely and will provide a huge return on investment.
