About Yinka
I'm a Business Psychologist and Career Coach who believes people do their best work in purposeful, meaningful careers and I've made it my mission to help talented professionals get there. With a BSc and MSc in Business Psychology and over a decade working in Recruitment, HR, and Careers teams at UCL, King's College London, and corporate environments, I know what hiring managers are really looking for in top talent.
I support registered teaching professionals who want a better work-life balance into a new career. Many of my clients have gone on to roles at Gartner, the Home Office, Standard Chartered Bank, NHS, and UCL, spanning professionals at all levels through to senior leadership. I can help you with 1) CV and cover letter feedback that gets you noticed 2) Application questions support to stand out in a highly competitive market 3) Interview and assessment centre preparation 4) Performance reviews preparation and leadership competency development.

With 400+ hours of career coaching experience, I provide a reflective space to reconnect with what matters, help you build career clarity, strategise and move forward with confidence and direction.
I help graduates and experienced professionals with their next stage, offering one free 30-minute career strategy call and 60-minute career coaching sessions. Each session aims to address a specific task.
I use several techniques, including RE-GROW, strengths-based, systemic and psychological well-being coaching models for sustainable career coaching support.
