About Carly
I’m a passionate yoga teacher who loves bringing people together through movement, mindfulness, and connection. I believe yoga is about more than just the physical practice - it’s an opportunity to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and find a little more balance in everyday life. My teaching style is warm, encouraging, and adaptable, creating space for everyone to feel comfortable and supported. Living in beautiful Byron Bay, I’m inspired by the ocean, nature, and the community around me. I love helping people move with confidence, feel more at home in their bodies, and discover the joy of yoga.

My yoga classes are designed to help you feel stronger, more balanced, and connected to yourself. I offer personalised private sessions, beach yoga, and small-group classes tailored to your experience, goals, and energy. Whether you’re new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, I create a welcoming space to move, breathe, build strength, and unwind. My teaching combines mindful movement, flowing sequences, and a relaxed, supportive approach. Based in Byron Bay, I love sharing the benefits of yoga with people from all walks of life, helping each student find their own version of balance, confidence, and wellbeing.
