About Samantha
I have a Bachelors degree in Psychology as well as a background in fitness and health. I have always known I want to help people! Later in life I received my 200-hour yoga teacher training certificate, in addition to learning how to guide meditation and Qi Gong. Yoga proved to be the perfect hands on way to merge my two passions so that I can be help others relieve pain and stress, whether is be physical, mental or emotional.

My classes are very unique for each individual or group I’m guiding. If you would like to relieve aches and pains, we’ll focus on specific parts of the body to stretch and strengthen. If you’d rather get your mind off your busy schedule, we’ll take more of a flowing, peaceful approach. And if your feeling extra energized one day, we can do a power lesson that will might make you smile AND sweat! My teaching method is very caring, very observant, and I’m very concerned about proper alignment and posture. Safety always comes first. I can be hands on, or off, depending on my students preferences. My goal is to make you smile and feel “better”, in whatever sense, at the end of class.
