About Em
I've been tutoring for over a year now, for students taking 11+ exams, various GCSEs and A levels, alongside music theory and performance. I've also been working as a director for the last year with the Young Actors Company. Having graduated from Cambridge as a choral scholar with an English degree, I'm now moving to London to complete a master's degree in theatre directing.

The foundation for successful tutoring is a personalised approach for each student and excellent communication. I provide both. In an hour-long lesson, I'll tailor my teaching to exactly what you need, whether that's understanding the mechanics of poetry, or analysing a narrative style, working on creative writing, or the foundations of grammar, my tutoring for students 11-18 is specialised and successful.
