About Anton

Professional High School Teacher & BSc Honours Graduate Specialising in Cambridge Success

Hello! I am a dedicated, active high school science teacher with 5 years of specialised experience teaching the Cambridge International syllabus up to AS-Level. I hold a BSc Honours degree in Geology from the University of Pretoria (Tuks), where I graduated with top marks in advanced quantitative fields like Geostatistics and Space Geodesy. This strong academic foundation gives me a deep, rigorous mastery of physical science and earth systems, allowing me to bridge the gap between textbook theory and real-world application. Over the past 5 years in the classroom, I have developed a proven track record of helping students navigate the demanding Cambridge curriculum. Whether a student is struggling to understand the mathematical concepts in AS-Level Physics or mastering the spatial dynamics of IGCSE/AS Geography, I know exactly how to guide them towards academic success. Outside of the classroom, I am deeply passionate about making science accessible, engaging, and clear. My goal is to equip students with the critical thinking skills, spatial intuition, and problem-solving tools they need to excel in their examinations and unlock their full academic potential.

As an active high school teacher with 5 years of dedicated experience teaching the Cambridge International syllabus, I specialise in taking the anxiety out of IGCSE and AS-Level Physics. My academic background includes a BSc Honours degree from the University of Pretoria (Tuks), giving me a deep, rigorous understanding of physical science. I don't just help students memorise formulas; I teach them the underlying physical intuition so they can confidently approach unseen exam questions.
