About Emma
I have been teaching ballet, pilates, and yoga for nearly 10 years. I have always loved helping others understand themselves through understanding their body and the way they think in relation to their body. Seeing the moment when a certain movement clicks, or sharing a moment of vulnerability during a workout on a hard day is what drives me to continue supporting others on their journey. I am a passionate, high energy teacher who is not afraid to give tough love when needed and a soft place to land on those days when things feel overwhelming.

Ex-professional ballerina and current university tennis athlete/trainer with 10 years of teaching experience. I develop personalised training schedules and routines based on your availability, physical and aesthetic goals, and help to optimise mental health habits (nutrition, sleep, etc.). As I am currently a student of psychology and neuroscience, I believe in creating a plan together that not only addresses your physical goals, but helps to address any mental blocks or unhelpful habits that may be getting in the way. Based on an initial questionnaire, I will first meet with you to discuss your answers in more detail and talk about our approach to your training. The first consultation is free, and if you decide to move forward we can come up with a programme that works for you!

Emma has an incredible teaching style, paying attention to the smallest nuances which makes all the difference. Her career as a professional dancer, along with years of teaching the little ones during her training, gives her a vast experience in helping all levels of ballet dancers achieve their goals. Highly recommend. She also teaches a ballet blend Pilates class that is phenomenal.
She communicative, prompt, and responsive. She’s also very friendly!
