About Fabrice Amour Martin
I was General Manager at CGFs.a, is a company that operates in retailing, especially in Petrol Business and agriculture field. I was in charge of conceiving, managing, monitoring different projects and accomplishing business objectives of the organisation. In Human ressources, had more than 50 peoples permanent and more than 200 hundreds seasonal workers. I was responsible to develop and execute the company’s business strategies, to provide strategic advice to the board and Chairpersons, communicating and maintaining relationships with business partners and was responsible to read all submitted reports by lower rank managers to reward performance, prevent issues and resolve problems
3. About finance, I was responsible to oversee the company’s financial performance and investments.I turned the turnover from 20 millions to 5 billions Burundi francs.
