Completing an MD degree dictates my precise approach to teaching complex quantitative structures. I sit at my desk mapping out logic chains while students prepare for their own high stakes medical entrance exams.
My 6 years of experience have sharpened my ability to identify precisely where a teen or working professional stalls in their workflow. Intermediate learners often struggle because they lack a systematic framework for solving word problems.
I bridge that gap by teaching arithmetic and number sense as foundational building blocks rather than isolated memorization tasks. Most of the 100 students I have guided through SAT or ACT math prep eventually realize that algebra requires a specific mental math discipline.
