About Kristina
My mission is to help people realise their potential, build a career that will bring joy and satisfaction without having to sacrifice other areas of life.
A little bit about my background:
BSc in Human Resource Management
8 years in IT/Social media industry including such companies as Twitter and TikTok
6 years in people management roles
I always enjoyed working with people, the biggest source of joy for me at work was to see my teams succeed and witness their victories including career growth and development, which is a reason why I became a professional career and life coach.

You are the main character during the coaching session. This time will be about your needs, your wants and your goals.
I will provide you with a safe non-judgemental space and help you to unpack your thoughts and feelings, build self-awareness, tap into your resources, gain clarity and find answers that you are looking for. I will provide support in setting and achieving your goals.
I also offer CV Review and Interview Preparation consultations.
