About Nissi
Hey! I'm Nissi. Friendly, approachable and young Canadian traveling abroad. I am full of learned-life experiences from being jobless, to succeeding in my career goals within 3 years. I have experienced the depression that comes with losing purpose, and know how to practically get your spark back and to enjoy the process along the way! I was born to encourage others to be fulfilled in their purpose, and I believe I'm gifted to see others purpose. In the past years, from raising my own children, and helping my husband in his own career transition. I have helped those looking for more in their career, and I've helped those in a career come out of it and head happily into retirement. I look forward to meeting you, whoever you are, and to help you in your simple or complex life transition.

What to Expect: In our coaching sessions, we will work together to identify your goals and create an action plan to help you achieve them. The coaching process is confidential, and any information shared during our sessions will be kept private. -Assessment: We will cover your personal history, current life situations and hopes for the future. -Goal setting: Based on the information gathered during the assessment, you and I will set goals for the week, as well as review the previous week goals. The goals may include addressing specific issues or problems, developing coping skills, improving relationships, or enhancing overall well-being. -Discussion and reflection: The bulk of the session may involve you talking about your feelings, experiences, and challenges, while I listen and offer support and guidance. I may also ask questions or offer insights to help you gain a deeper understanding of your thoughts and emotions. -Skill-building and practice: Depending on the goals of the session, I may provide you with techniques or strategies to manage your targets blockage. I may also suggest homework assignments or activities to help you practice these skills and provide steps for you to achieve your goals outside of the session. -Wrap-up: Towards the end of the session, I may summarize what was discussed and review any insights or action plans that were established. We will also schedule the next session and discuss any follow-up or ongoing support that may be needed. Responsibilities: As the coach, I will provide guidance and support to help you achieve your goals. As the client, you are responsible for actively participating in the coaching process and taking steps to achieve your goals.
