About William
I am a CELTA-qualified teacher with a First-Class degree in Modern Languages (French & Spanish) from Oxford University. These experiences have made me a successful tutor and I have helped numerous students to exceed their target grades in French and Spanish.
I am also a qualified lawyer and spent several years advising clients ranging from multinational corporations to vulnerable refugees. I have now returned to language teaching as I intend to travel the world!

As a CELTA trained tutor, I combine a structured and personalised approach to help learners progress and grow in confidence.
Having studied French and Spanish to degree level, I understand the challenges language learners face across all levels and have developed techniques to surpass them.
In our first session, we will identify specific goals and areas for improvement. Whether you need to pass an exam or just want to improve your speaking skills, I will set out a personalised roadmap to help you achieve your objectives. Each lesson will feature engaging, authentic materials, be personalised to your interests and help you grow in confidence.
