About Kirstin
I’m a 38-year-old mom of seven, a fitness instructor, personal trainer, and online coach — and I support women through every stage of life. My work focuses on women’s well-being before pregnancy, during pregnancy, after birth, and into later life, including women over 55. I believe movement should support your body, not fight against it — especially as it changes through motherhood, hormones, and aging. I don’t coach extremes or quick fixes. I coach strength, confidence, and care — helping women feel capable in their bodies, build resilience, and move in ways that are safe, realistic, and sustainable for real life. Whether you’re preparing for pregnancy, navigating the physical and emotional shifts of pregnancy and postpartum, or wanting to stay strong, mobile, and confident as you age, this space is about well-being without pressure or guilt.
