About Jaida
I graduated at the top of my class at University Of Windsor where I earned my Bachelors Degree in Human Kinetics. I hold a TESOL and ESL certificate as well that I obtained to be able to teach international students. I am currently managing a fitness facility and I have been teaching one on one for over 10 years. I currently teach English, Personal Train and Fitness instruct a class called "SoulBody Barre". I also take my fitness and adventurous lifestyle outside as well. I also ride, train and compete horses not only in Canada. I have also spent many years teaching children how to ride horses as well as working with children that have disabilities providing them the opportunity to access fitness facilities and coaches.

My teaching methodology follows that as a teacher you ultimately study and master the ability to adapt to teaching different individuals. These methods do vary as there are 7 different learning styles, not to mention any modifications that may need to be made based off of medical history or injuries. Whether or not I have a one on one session or a classroom full, I am always prepared to take on any challenges with my students in order to celebrate their success.
