I have extensive training in Kickboxing, Boxing, Kenpo Karate, Point Sparring, and some training in Jiu Jitsu. Drawing from my experience as a competitive athlete, attending seminars and certification sessions, as well as in-tournament coaching and referee-ing, I bring these skills and knowledge with me to every session to deliver the best results possible.
Typical sessions include an initial consultation to find your needs and goals, customized plans dependent on this, followed by weekly sessions where I guide and coach you through your journey to health and wellness.
Sessions are for those who wish to push their performance as athletes, or other individuals looking to get in shape and be active.
