I am an 8th Grade Academic Resource teacher in CT who loves to connect with my students. I run various clubs at the school I work with and even coach the basketball team. Some of my hobbies include basketball, baseball, hiking, kayaking and fishing.

As a teacher, I think it is important to not only make learning fun but interesting to the individual student. I attempt to connect what we are learning to hobbies and interest of my students in order to make what we are learning to make more sense. This is nothing more boring that learning without having some fun.
