About Oluoma
Hi there! I'm Oma, and I’ve been teaching English to students from all around the world for several years. I have a degree in English Language and Literary Studies, a TEFL certificate, and a big passion for helping people express themselves confidently in English. I love teaching because I get to meet amazing students like you, learn about different cultures, and make learning fun! My classes are all about conversation, creativity, and growing your confidence step by step. We’ll laugh, learn, and grow together, and yes, even grammar can be fun in my class. My tutoring approach is student-focused, practical, and adaptable. I use communicative and natural methods to help students speak confidently and understand English in real-life situations. Lessons are interactive and tailored to each learner’s goals, whether it's grammar, conversation, writing, or exam prep. I hold a BA in English Language and Literary Studies and a 120-hour TEFL certificate, with over 1,000 online lessons taught to students of all ages and levels, children, teens, and adults. A typical lesson lasts 45–60 minutes, depending on the student's needs. My goal is always to make learning engaging, effective, and confidence-building.
