Hello, I’m Deepti Gehlot — a Certified Life Coach and Holistic Health & Wellness Practitioner with over 14 years of experience working in yoga, movement, functional nutrition, and integrative wellness.
Education- B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Yoga and Life Science, UGC-NET in yoga. Certified holistic health and wellness coach & Yoga integrated psychology practitioner by IOATH. Certification in Functional Nutrition (FMCN). TheraArt practitioner (life canvas academy).

Deepti has been an amazing yoga teacher helping me become stronger and flexible. I like the format of the session and the asanas covered in 1 hour time including warmups , strength and flexibility exercises and the breathing exercises. She is punctual. She proctors the class as per your needs. I have lower back pain. She included a lot of yoga poses to tackle that. She included back stretches as well as multiple variations of side stretches.
She is committed and in rare of the cases she had to cancel, she gave me ample amount of notice. She was kind enough to provide me weekend classes to make up for a couple of classes that I had to cancel. Quite accommodative. I have been doing half hour instead of 1 hour. She makes sure that the half hour is power packed and filled with great poses.
