I am a dedicated Yoga teacher, passionate about guiding you towards balance, strength and inner peace.
My sessions focus on authentic Hatha and Vinyasa Flow with mindful movement, conscious breathing (Pranayama) and meditation. I personalize each class as per your body type, age and fitness level - whether your goal is flexibility, weight loss, stress relief or better sleep.
Yoga is not just a practice, it is a journey inward. I help you connect Body, Breath and Mind, creating space for healing, self-awareness and lasting harmony at your own pace. Suitable for Beginner to Advanced.

Namaste! I teach authentic Indian Yoga from its roots, not just as exercise but as a complete lifestyle for body and mind.
My lessons include:
- Hatha Yoga for flexibility, posture correction and core strength
- Vinyasa Flow for energy, weight management and stamina
- Pranayama and Meditation for stress relief, anxiety and better sleep
- Ashtanga for discipline and advanced practice
Classes are personalised for all levels - beginners, intermediate and advanced. I adapt each session to your body type, fitness goal and time. You will learn correct breathing, alignment and mindfulness that you can use in daily life.
