Accredited by the French and International Laughter Yoga and Health through Laughter Institute, trained in the technique of Madan Kataria, I have been leading collective workshops of laughter yoga in the 18th arrondissement of Paris since 2016 and give private lessons throughout Paris.

Laughter yoga is a form of yoga that is not only fun and enjoyable but also particularly powerful for the sake of our physical and mental health. Because laughter, practiced in an intensive way and framed as the sessions allow, has the power to transform our body in depth. It acts on three levels: respiratory, muscular and neurological. While increasing our lung capacity and strengthening our heart power, we operate more than three hundred muscles, which means that it is a sport in its own right! We soothe our emotions through the work of the diaphragm, key muscle in the movement of laughter and boost the positive in us, including the release of the famous hormones of happiness after fifteen minutes of practice. A deep well-being is established, a regular practice can stabilize and anchor in his daily life. The session is built according to several sequences: gentle relaxation and evacuation of tensions, specific breathing, laughing exercises, meditation of laughter and relaxation. This structure allows to release laughter gradually and to make the best of it. We come out of a session with increased lightness and dynamism. No particular skills are required for this yoga, neither do you need a special outfit: just wear light and comfortable clothes and join me to spend a delicious hour.
