About Natasha
Hello! I'm an English tutor with an NVQ in childcare and TESOL 120 hour certificate, certified yoga teacher, Mindfulness Compassion Level 4 Certificate and a native English speaker. I can offer help with handling stress for exams.
As far as my experience with English goes, when I worked in nurseries I taught basic language needs for (2 years) worked as a phonics tutor for (2 years) I have been supporting ESL students online for the past (2 years) If you are new to learning English I am very patient and I can help with the use of phonics, and I'm TEFL Certified. I teach all abilities and can support the beginner level. I have 5 years of experience with an NVQ in Childcare supporting children aged 3-5 with Special Educational Needs. If you are new to learning English I am very patient and I can help with the use of phonics. TEFL Certified. If you have an exam coming up I can help with mindfulness stress reduction. As a mindfulness compassion teacher, I support people with anxiety, depression help them to sustain a healthier wellbeing, overcome limiting beliefs, increase self-compassion to develop a relationship with themselves. The 6-week course covers all areas, managing stress with stress management tools, discovering resources, developing self-compassion with yourself and others, recognising negative self talk with non-judgement towards thoughts, and identifying patterns of behaviours.
