About Alexia Guadalupe
I am a maternal-child Physiotherapist, I am 27 years old and currently I teach prenatal gymnastics classes and postpartum training in my city. I also organize birth preparation courses together with a whole team of specialists from other areas and I am an instructor for the "Physiotherapy in pregnancy and postpartum" for Bphysio.
The idea that my knowledge benefits women outside my city seems fascinating to me and that is why I decided to offer my classes on this platform.

PRENATAL GYMNASTICS
They consist of a safe training program for pregnant women from 12 weeks of gestation, in which strength exercises, spherodynamics (with fitball) and breathing techniques are combined.
