About Elizabeth
Hi, I’m Izzy — a certified Pilates instructor with over 5 years of teaching experience. I trained at the Royal Academy of Dance and hold a Level 3 qualification in Pilates.
I currently teach both private clients and studio classes, working with people of all levels to improve strength, posture and body awareness through the Pilates method. My background in dance has given me a strong understanding of movement, alignment and technique, which I bring into every session.
I am passionate about helping clients move better, feel stronger and build long-term healthy habits through Pilates🤍

My online Pilates sessions are tailored to each client’s level and goals. Whether you are a beginner or already experienced, I design classes to help you improve core strength, posture, flexibility and overall body control.
Sessions focus on the principles of the Pilates method developed by Joseph Pilates, combining controlled movement, breath and precise technique to build strength safely and effectively.
During our sessions I provide clear guidance, demonstrations and corrections to ensure you are moving correctly and getting the most from every exercise.
All sessions are taught live online and require minimal equipment — just a mat and a small space at home.
