About Caitlin
My name is Caitlin, and I am a certified Pilates instructor with years of teaching experience both in-person and online. I have lived in Bali and Mexico for the past 7 years and I love teaching Pilates, Surfing and Padel. I have built a global community with almost two million views on my Pilates workouts, which reflects my ability to connect, inspire, and deliver results. Students can trust that my lessons are professional, well-structured, and always supportive, no matter their starting point. My goal is to help every student feel stronger, more confident, and motivated through clear guidance and encouragement.

Caitlin is the best pilates teacher I have ever had! I am a huge pilates fan, having taken my first class over ten years ago. Caitlin's classes are very difficult, but she walks you through each step and ensures you have the correct form so that each class gets easier as your body gets stronger! Not all classes are so well structured, fun, and fly by!
Caitlin is one of those people you instantly feel comfortable around. She's thoughtful, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about her clients. You can always count on her to show up with positive energy and a big heart.
