I’m passionate about helping people move better, get stronger, and feel amazing in their bodies. I love teaching private sessions because they let you actually progress, focus on your individual goals, and feel stronger with each session. Lessons are adapted to your level, whether you’re a beginner or more experienced, combining precision, mindfulness, and a bit of challenge so you leave feeling accomplished and energized. Hi, I’m Elena!
I’m a Pilates Mat and Reformer instructor certified through APPI Unite Health, and I love helping people feel stronger, more flexible, and confident in their bodies. I offer private sessions that are tailored just for you—whether you’re starting out or want to level up your Pilates game.
What my sessions are like:
I focus on good posture, controlled movements, and breathing, but I like to add some spice so you actually feel the burn and see results!
Lessons are usually 45–60 minutes, but I can adjust depending on what you need.
Everything is personalized to your goals, whether that’s toning, strengthening, improving flexibility, or just moving better in your body.
Who my sessions are for:
Anyone who wants to feel stronger, move better, and actually enjoy their workout.
Beginners or intermediate students of any age looking for private, supportive, and fun sessions.
