About Daniel
I am passionate about playing the music that I love on the piano, even if its not originally a piano piece! From Scottish and Irish Celtic music to Soundtracks, Pop, Rock, Jazz and anime music!
I have studied formally in the consevatory and attended numerous masterclasses. I have played in jazz and celtic bands and worked in recording projects.
I started teaching three years ago and since then I have worked with students of all levels, beginners, intermediate players with some experience and advanced performers. I have plenty of experience working with adult learners but also with teenagers and kids. I mostly do individual 1 on 1 lessons but I have also conducted group ensemble classes.

In my classes I facilitate what is known as powerful learning environment, an endeavor where the student is supported in his learning and encouraged to find his own voice in the music.
I teach by ear and enjoy working on modern styles like Celtic music, Soundtracks, Pop, Rock, Jazz and others.
Lessons are normally one hour long, but can be longer up to 2 hours, or shorter at a minimum of 30 min. 1/ 1.5 hours normally works the best.
All ages are welcome, I have worked with students from preschool, to retired adults and everything in between.
