About Rhys
In my sports career, I've played a multitude of sports at varied levels, representing the County in cricket, regional swimming to playing International basketball. Throughout this time, I have not only taken great pride in competing and representing my place of birth but also sharing and teaching my extensive knowledge of sports and fitness. This is also evident in my current actions when taking on four athletes in pursuit of their personal development. The sessions I deliver are a combination of skills, strength, and conditioning. Workouts specific to their playing position, style, strengths, and weaknesses based on the Soviet Union progressive overload theory, to develop efficient and sustainable adaptations.

Perfect! He was great with my Son and made it fun
Perfect! Rhys is an engaging and encouraging basketball coach who has improved both my kids' games and enjoyment of training within just a few sessions. Not a moment is wasted with each session involving fun and motivating drills to improve technique and game skills. Highly recommend.
