About Peggy
I have been teaching for 20 years. I have taught from 13 to 25 students with each student in mind. My students have achieve on to two grade levels in growth of their reading ability. I find that education can be fun and I enjoy working and laughing with my students. There is no such things as a stupid question because that is how we learn. If you don' understand what I am trying to teach then we will approach it from another view. I want my students to learn and this is team project.

My teaching method is differential to specific needs of the child while challenging with moving a step up within each content area. Based on the on the needs of the children and input I get from parents I can make a lesson plan and provide essential materials to meet their needs. I provide a positive and nurturing environment with parent participation. I have worked extensively with children with Autism, Down Syndrome and other students with special abilities. I believe in the use of term ability and not disability. Everyone has abilities we have to tap into them and build from them.
