About Sophie
I am a teacher of yoga and meditation. I completed an intensive 200-hour training in India in 2012 and yoga has been part of my life since 2009. I have explored different approaches to yoga and meditation in my individual practice and in different yoga studios in Canada, in the United States and here in France. I developed my own style of teaching with the influence of the traditional teachings I received in India and the Western adaptation of the Yogic and Buddhist philosophy that has been transmitted to me over the last 10 years by a variety of teachers .

I use breathing and visualization techniques, sometimes even with the help of aromatherapy and semi-precious stones to help you dive inside yourself and discover the present moment in all its splendor . I also work with the chakras to help you in a specific healing process or to harmonize your energy.

Sophie est une jeune professeur de yoga souriante et douce. Sa qualité première est l'attention qu'elle porte à ses élèves, je suis débutant et elle m'a mis à l'aise dès les premières minutes. Sophie s'adapte à vous, je suis venu un peu à reculons au premier cours, j'en suis à 6 cours et je ressens déjà des progrès physiques.
