About Samuel
I am a certified Web Design and IT expert, I have a deep understanding of Web users, and I also know how to build websites that engage and convert them. I also believe in impactful and innovative work.
I have over seven years of experience working as a Website Manager, where I monitored and assessed the performance of websites, keeping sites functioning at full capacity. My experience includes; working with WordPress, Copywriting, general Web Services, and general business intelligence. I also write and review contents, articles and blog posts, and make sure they fit into Search Engine Optimization (SEO) best practices.
I have the experience of managing a team of content writers (physically and remotely), to ensure tasks were carried-out as at when due, and the creativity that was delivered was always top-notch and met the desired expectations.
In addition to my technical skills, I am a strategic thinker, who is able to come up with creative solutions to problems. I pride myself in my ability to think strategically and develop long-term plans for website/project growth. In the past, I have managed multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring that all deadlines were met. Being a Web/Business Manager, I have been responsible for helping business owners achieve some strategic goals. I am confident that my experience and ability to wear many hats, would be an asset to you.
I have a bachelor’s degree in Sociology. This gives me an edge in researching and understanding user/human behaviors, as it relates to decision making and interacting with tech-based solutions (including all types of websites). I perform regular user experience tests/checks, to look for potential difficulties and misunderstandings users could experience in a web service. I also examine the workflow of websites as it affects users.
I have a University qualification in Accounting (Institute of Management Sciences), and for many years, I have been writing Business Plans, Marketing Strategies and identifying Growth Opportunities for Small and Medium Scale Enterprises. This makes me a strong force to reckon with; when it comes to planning the growth strategies of any business idea. This actually is my biggest strength. I have also been commended by the United Nations, for my singular/individual active efforts, which contributed to the success of a UN Campaign towards Global Economic Development.
I possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and work as part of a team, as well as report to top executives/management whenever necessary.
