About Hayley
Hi! I'm Hayley, a personal trainer who recently relocated from Singapore to Melbourne.
My fitness journey began over 6 years ago, and I've experienced firsthand how the right combination of training, nutrition, and consistency can completely transform not only your body, but also your confidence and lifestyle.
Before becoming a full-time personal trainer, I worked in the corporate world and understand the challenges of balancing fitness with a busy schedule. I later followed my passion for coaching, leading group fitness classes and helping clients build strength, improve fitness, and develop sustainable habits. I'm also a competitive HYROX athlete, have qualified for the HYROX World Championships twice, and have achieved multiple podium finishes across Asia.
Whether you're completely new to fitness, returning after a long break, or looking to take your performance to the next level, I'm here to guide and support you every step of the way. Fitness is for everyone. You don't need to be fit to start — you just need the confidence to show up :-)
