I'm a creative professional and yoga practitioner based in Goa, India. Yoga has been a part of my life for over a decade, shaping not only how I move, but how I navigate the demands and rhythms of everyday life. Since 2024, I've been sharing this practice with others, offering a thoughtful and grounded approach that emphasizes balance, self-awareness, and genuine connection.
My classes are influenced by my creative background and are designed to feel relaxed, conversational, and restorative. I enjoy weaving together mindful movement, breathwork, music, and moments of reflection to create sessions that help busy minds slow down and reconnect.
