About VIPIN
Hi, I'm Vipin, a certified Yoga Trainer who completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training Course at Vinyasa Yoga Ashram, Rishikesh, in 2023. Before beginning my yoga journey, I spent nearly 10 years working in the corporate world. While my career was rewarding, I felt the need to take a break and reconnect with my physical and mental well-being. That decision led me to yoga.
What started as a personal journey soon became a passion and a way of life. At the beginning of this year, I made the decision to leave my corporate career completely and dedicate myself to yoga and cycling. These practices have transformed my health, mindset, and daily life, and I now enjoy helping others experience those same benefits.
My teaching style is patient, supportive, and tailored to each student's needs. Whether you're a beginner taking your first yoga class or someone looking to deepen your practice, I'll guide you with a focus on proper alignment, breathing, mindfulness, and steady progress. My goal is to help you build strength, flexibility, confidence, and inner peace in a safe and encouraging environment.
