About DAYANE
I'm glad you stopped by!
I am Dayane, an internationally certified yoga teacher with over 4 years of yoga experience. As a yoga teacher, I am enthusiastic about empowering students at all levels.
I completed my 900-hour yoga training with The Yoga Institute in India where I lived a yogic lifestyle for 3 months. From anatomy to philosophy, I took intensive asanas (physical) classes three times a day under the guidance of amazing mentors. For the teachings and wisdom, they have shared with me, I am eternally grateful.
Each time I practice yoga, I feel stronger, more connected, and more grounded, both on and off the mat. My classes are aimed at taking you on a journey that will make you stronger, and more balanced, and help you become the best version of yourself.
My classes are creative, safe, and challenging. Achieving a pose isn't what yoga is all about, but the journey to attaining it. My sequences are always varied. Keeping fun and positive atmosphere ensures that everyone enjoys the class, and most importantly, their yoga journey :)
