About Rana
I absolutely love the human body and firmly believe age is just a number. I have been practising many different wellness modalities over the last 40 years. Yoga, breathwork, meditation, and somatics have completely changed my life and at 56 I am in the best shape, physically, emotionally, and mentally than I have ever been in my life. I inspire women of all ages, but especially over 40's, to embrace their truths, face their fears, and empower their growth, and open to becoming their absolute best at any age.

I provide online yoga, somatic movement, and fitness classes to women over 40, (perimenopausal and menopausal), to drastically improve their overall strength, fitness, flexibility, as well as calm their nervous systems, find grounding and centring, and increase their longevity.
I have over 20 years' teaching experience, and a degree in Sports Medicine.
My classes are completely personalised depending on your circumstances and condition, include breathwork, movement, and mindfulness practices, and usually last between 60-90 minutes.
