About Julietta
Hi, I’m Julie, a holistic wellness coach, yoga teacher, and embodiment practitioner based in Costa Rica. I trained in India in Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga and combine traditional practice with a modern, mind-body approach to wellbeing.
My work integrates yoga, breathwork, mindfulness, and coaching to support both physical strength and emotional balance. I guide students not only through movement, but also in developing awareness, clarity, and a deeper connection to themselves.
Alongside my teaching, I bring over 12 years of experience in corporate environments, which gives me a strong understanding of stress, pressure, and the importance of sustainable wellbeing.
My students often describe my teaching as clear, supportive, and empowering. I create a safe and welcoming space where you can build confidence, improve flexibility and strength, and enjoy the process - whether you’re a complete beginner or more experienced.

II offer embodiment-based yoga in Costa Rica through Julie LiT Yoga and Embodied Wellness. I provide private and group sessions, both in person and online, designed to support strength, flexibility, balance, and overall wellbeing.
My teaching blends asana, breathwork, mindfulness, and yoga philosophy, with styles ranging from dynamic vinyasa and Ashtanga-inspired flows to slow, restorative practices. Each session includes grounding, breath awareness, intentional movement, and relaxation, with clear guidance throughout.
I teach yoga as a way of living, helping you carry the practice beyond the mat into everyday life.
My clients often share how empowering, nurturing, and supportive my classes feel. They value the safe, welcoming space, clear instruction, intentional structure, and the balance of depth, fun, and human connection.
My sessions are suitable for all levels, from complete beginners to more experienced practitioners.
