About Mariana
Certified in Yoga Teacher Training, Meditation, Ayurveda, and Breathwork. I love Meditation, TRE, Yoga Nidra, and Energy Release Yoga. I love to practice self-care and self-love. I think this is best gift to give ourselves. After suffering trauma and being very disregulated and disconnected from my body, I had practiced anything that could help me. This journey lasted a few years but I am pleasantly surprised that I have found an alternate way of dealing with trauma than the traditional therapy. This way is an integrated approach to restore balance in the nervous system and remove energetic blocks to restore vitality, health and wellness to the mind and body. I am transformed as a result of the practices. My ptsd melted away. My vitality, ability to make decisions, my curiosity, creativity, joy, love for being alive came back. Feeling prana move thru my body makes me feel alive!!!

If you are someone who struggles with lack of vitality, motivation, joy or you feel disconnected from the self, you can benefit from Pawamaktasana Yoga which we will practice one-on-one. In this 1 hour session we will do yoga postures from the ancient yogic tradition that proved to remove the energetic blocks from the body's tissues and muscles. As a result you will be able to feel prana- vital energy restored to those areas that were once blocked. This release of energy will bring about your own energy of the self. You will feel more like you. Your enthusiasm for life, your joy, wander, your vitality and increased energy in your system will be restored. I will also help you understand what causes the energetic blocks and how to prevent them.
