About Emica
Hey there!
I am Emica, an internationally certified yoga teacher with almost a decade of yoga experience. I am enthusiastic about helping and empowering students of various practice levels through yoga. If you're interested, you can visit my instagram account - @emicableyoga

After every yoga session, I feel closer to my best self: strong, connected, and grounded, both on and off the mat. This is what I want to bring to you in my classes - taking you on a journey that makes you stronger, more balanced, both physically and mentally, and towards becoming your best self.
My classes are creative, safe and strong. I believe yoga isn’t just about achieving a pose, but the journey towards it. I like to mix things up in my sequences. And by maintaining a fun and positive atmosphere, everyone enjoys the class, and most importantly, their yoga process/journey :) So when you’re in a dolphin pose, don't be surprised to find yourself enjoying it ;)

My classes are creative, safe and strong. My goal is to make you feel stronger, calmer and more energised after each lesson. I combine the physical and psychological aspects into my yoga flow.
