About Sladjana
Hello, I am a new yoga teacher in Toulouse, graduated in Goa (2017) by Yoga Alliance International, specialized in Vinyasa Yoga flow. I participated in some courses of Yin and Restorative Yoga in India. Now I give classes in the studio Sadhana in Toulouse, private lessons also (both at home and in the studio in the city center), as well as courses in business centers. I give private and group lessons, also in companies.

Hello, I teach Vinyasa yoga, Yin yoga, et Restorative yoga, in the studio or at your home. All levels are accepted (beginner, intermediate, advanced). Spiritually-Oriented Yoga Simply perceive and get out of the mind and the brain's "thinking" mode, because the brain works in two opposing modes, thinking or perceiving! India tells us that to "be" we must stop thinking and I let you compare this sublime idea with the basis of our much poorer philosophy that says, "I think so I am" ...
