About L Chashmi Priya
I am L Chashmi Priya, a certified yoga instructor with a B.Sc in Yoga Therapy and over 300 hours of professional training from S-VYASA University. I have experience teaching Hatha, Vinyasa, and Therapeutic Yoga, and I currently continue my higher studies in Yoga Therapy.
Through my classes, I help students improve flexibility, strength, and focus while managing conditions such as obesity, back pain, stress, anxiety, migraine, insomnia, cervical issues, and menstrual imbalances.
